Hackystat Eclipse Sensor

As sensorbase and sensorshell are in place, we can move forward to developing Hackystat Eclipse Sensor in version 8. I did major refactoring to split the hackySensor_Eclipse into two projects: feature and plugin. Developers can build them separately and then put them together into the publish folder for release. I will write user guide and developer guide for this exciting new release.
