I've been working on my system description chapter these days. This chart shows both the data model and work flow of the Software Development Stream Analysis (SDSA) framework.
I relabled the first text box as "Software Process Metrics", and the last text box as "Development Behaviors". Now, I believe it clearly presents what SDSA is.
